OUR POLICIES
- Rates are based on double occupancy, taxes of 16.39% are not included
- To guarantee your reservation we require a 50% deposit. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival we refund any amount we successfully recoup minus a $100 service fee. If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less prior to your arrival there is no refund.
- We require full payment at least 30 days prior to arrival.
- DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT: We are happy to accept wire transfer, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. Cashiers check or Travelers Cheques must be sent via UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL to insure safe delivery.
- CHILDREN: Due to the intimate nature of our small property, we don’t accept children under the age of 13.
We have worked hard to create a haven for our guests where they can rest, relax and escape their normal hectic lives. We ask that potential guests understand that while we at the Village do truly adore children, we also acknowledge and honor their high energy level that results in squeals, noise, splashing and other normal child play that can interfere with the peace and quiet that many of our hardworking folks, who have traveled so far and spent so much to be with us, are seeking. If your group is renting ALL of our villas then you are of course free to bring children of any age and we will be happy to arrange fun and responsible child care and activities.
